Postage and Handling

ORDER PROCESSING

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 7 - 10 working days from the date of order confirmation (unless specified).

POSTAGE

Postage is calculated for each order with reference to the number of items ordered, the weight of each item and the delivery destination for the order.

Please note that course collateral stock is not kept on the University of Sydney grounds. Your orders are shipped direct from a third-party warehouse based in Artarmon, there fore all packages will incur postage and handling costs.

We currently offer the following postage options.

Domestic

Standard - Parcel delivery will generally occur in 1-5 days of dispatch with deliveries to most metropolitan areas within 1-2 working days.

Express - Parcel delivery will occur the next day after dispatch.

International

Standard Air - Parcel delivery will generally occur within 20 working days after dispatch.

If you place an international order you will be contacted by the warehouse for international postage rates. This may incur additional costs to that which you are originally charged. You will be advised of this prior to completing any transaction.


ADDITIONAL POSTAGE SERVICES

Additional postal services such as Registered Post, International Express Post, Postage Insurance and Delivery Confirmation can be arranged. Please contact the warehouse for information. Please see Contacts for details.

Where the order value exceeds $200, we recommend it be delivered by registered post with the appropriate insurance. This allows the order to be tracked, ensures it is accepted by the recipient with appropriate identification, guarantees its delivery and covers it for any loss or damage. For these high value orders, we will contact you to confirm your postal requirements.

Note: We are unable to ship to Post Office Boxes – please provide a street address. If there is generally no one at home to accept your order, we recommend that you provide a different delivery address where someone will accept your order (e.g. a work address).

An additional fee may be applicable if your order is over the maximum weight allowance per postage rate. Should this occur you will be contacted regarding any additional charge prior to your order being shipped.
