UniGear Pty Ltd complies with the Australian Trade Practices Act and fair trading legislation.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

While we endeavour to keep stock of all items at all times should any item be out of stock at time of order, your order will be placed on back order and you will notified by email and advised of the expected delivery date.

WARRANTY

Most items available from the faculty eStore carry a 12 month warranty however some items are covered directly by the product manufacturer and may have a different warranty period. For details, please contact the warehouse direct. See Contacts for details.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders should arrive within the timeframes as outlined at Postage and Handling subject to stock availability. Whilst we endeavour to process orders immediately to ensure timely delivery, there are elements of the delivery process that are beyond our control.

PRICING

Prices shown on the eStore are in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)

All prices shown on the eStore are inclusive of Australian GST at a rate of 10%. These prices are applicable to all orders delivered within Australia.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND GST

Orders delivered to international addresses are exempt of GST and GST will be deducted at checkout comfirmation. Please note that other duties and charges may be applicable at order destination. For information, please contact your local customs authority.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard payments online, including the University of Sydney reloadable prepaid card.

This eStore is protected by a 128-bit digital certificate and consumer data submitted on this website is secured with SSL encryption. This means that your personal and sensitive information can be safely transmitted between your Web Browser and the eStore without being intercepted or tampered with.

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a security protocol for managing the security of online message transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from your browser to the server you are connected to, making it impossible to intercept and tamper with the information on the way.

The way that SSL is implemented is via a digital certificate. Digital certificates guarantee the security of the connection between the browser and the server.

In accordance with PCI-SSC Security Standards no cardholder data is stored or held by the warehouse.
