Masters Hood - Faculty of Nursing and Midwifery

To ensure you graduate with the correct regalia, select your masters degree.

The academic dress for masters shall be a gown similar to that worn by graduates holding the degree of Master of Arts in the University of Oxford or of Cambridge, a black cloth trencher cap, and a hood of black silk, lined as follows:

• Master of Cancer Nursing - hood lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Cancer and Haematology Nursing - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Clinical Nursing - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Clinical Trials Practice - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Emergency Nursing - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Health Services Management - lined with gold silk and edged to a depth of 10cm with cream silk
• Master of Intensive Care Nursing - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Mental Health Nursing - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Nursing - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Nursing (Honours) - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 5cm with turquoise silk
• Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner) - lined with white silk and edged to a depth of 10cm with imperial purple silk
• Master of Philosophy (Nursing) - lined with turquoise silk and edged to a depth of 10cm with white silk
